Lemonade Recipe
Ingredients
| Lemon rind 1 tbsp. | ||
| Lemons | 10 | |
| Granulated Sugar | 10 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Boiling water | 10 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Citric acid 2 oz. | ||
| Tartaric acid | 1 Ounce | |
| Epsom salts 1 oz. | ||
Directions
Put grated lemon rind in large pot.
Squeeze lemons.
Add both juice and rinds to pot along with sugar.
Pour boiling water over all.
Measure in citric and tartaric acid and epsom salts.
Stir to dissolve sugar.
Let stand overnight.
Strain.
Put into containers.
To serve combine 1 part lemonade syrup to 4 parts water.
