Ingredients

 Lemon rind 1 tbsp.
 Lemons10
 Granulated Sugar10 Cup (16 tbs)
 Boiling water10 Cup (16 tbs)
 Citric acid 2 oz.
 Tartaric acid1 Ounce
 Epsom salts 1 oz.

Directions

Put grated lemon rind in large pot.
Squeeze lemons.
Add both juice and rinds to pot along with sugar.
Pour boiling water over all.
Measure in citric and tartaric acid and epsom salts.
Stir to dissolve sugar.
Let stand overnight.
Strain.
Put into containers.
To serve combine 1 part lemonade syrup to 4 parts water.
