Lemon Tarts Recipe
I just love the irresistably great lemony feel this Lemon tarts give out. One of the most delicious of baked treats I have ever tried, this lemon tarts is worth to be devored.
Ingredients
2 egg yolks
1 1/3 cups sweetened condensed milk.
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 recipe Meringue
6 baked tart shells
Directions
Blend together egg yolks, condensed milk, lemon rind, lemon juice, and salt.
Pour into baked pastry tart shells, pile high with meringue, and bake in moderate oven (350 F.) about 15 minutes or until meringue is dry and browned
