Follow recipe for batter of Lemon Sunshine Cake Squares.
Divide batter equally into three 9-inch layer cake pans lined (bottom only) with waxed paper.
Bake 15 to 18 minutes.
Remove from oven to racks and cool 10 minutes.
Remove from pans and peel off waxed paper; cool completely.
For filling and frosting, blend fresh or frozen (thawed and well drained) raspberries with Sweetened Whipped Cream
Spread generously between cake layers.
Frost top and sides of cake with additional Sweetened Whipped Cream and decorate with raspberries.
