1 cup white sugar
 
3 tbs. flour
 
31/2 tbs. lemon juice
 
2 egg yolks
 
1 tsp. butter, melted
 
1 cup milk
 
1/4 tsp. salt
 
2 egg whites

Directions

Mix the first seven ingredients together.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into an unbaked pie shell and bake at 325 to 350F until nicely browned, about 1 hour.
