Lemon Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 tablespoonful cornstarch
1/2 cupful sugar
1 cupful boiling water
1 teaspoonful grated lemon rind
3 tablespoonful lemon juice
1 teaspoonful butter
Directions
Blend the cornstarch and sugar, add the water and cook 15 min.
Stirring constantly until thick.
Add the lemon juice and rind and the butter. Serve with steamed or baked puddings.
