Corn starch- 1 tablespoon
 
Lemon juice- 2 tablespoons

Directions

MAKING
1.Mix the sugar and corn-starch, add the boiling water and a pinch of salt and boil until thick and clear.
2.Continue cooking over hot water for 20 minutes.
3.Beat in the butter, the lemon-juice and nutmeg.
4.A grating of lemon-rind may be added.
SERVING
5.Serve with any appetizer
