Lemon Rice Recipe
Ingredients
Onion-2(finely chopped)
Greenchillies-8(long slit in middle)
Garlic-1whole(finely chopped)
Curry Leaves-20(finely chopped)
Tomato-1(finely chopped)
Haldi-1tsp
Rice-1cup(basamathi rice)
Salt to taste
Lemon Juice-2-4tsp
Coriander Leaves-1tsp(finely chopped)
Oil-10tsp
Mustard Seeds-1tsp
Jeera Seeds-1tsp
ChannaDal-1tsp
UradDal-1tsp
Peanuts-2tsp
Directions
In a pan put oil and allow to become heat.
Then add mustard seeds,jeera seeds allow to splutter.
Add channadal,uraddal,peanuts and fry for 2mins.
Then add onion,greenchillies,garlic and fry till they turns brown colour.
Now add tomatoes and fry till they become mashy.
Add haldi,salt,lemon juice and fry for a sec.
Add coriander and mix it.
In a big plate Put cooked rice and shred it.
Now add the gravy and mix it with rice nicely.
Then taste it,if u need salt u can add little bit.
put in a plate and ready to eat.
