Lemon Mustard Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients
1 tablespoon plus
1 teaspoon olive or vegetable oil
2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
Dash white pepper
1 tablespoon each white wine vinegar and fresh lemon juice
Directions
In small jar that has a tight-fitting cover combine all ingredients; cover tightly and shake well.
Refrigerate until chilled.
Shake again just before serving.
