Lemon-Mustard Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt | ||
| 1/2 cup commercial sour cream | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| White wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir wirh a wire whisk until well blended.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
Serve over salad greens.
