Lemon Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
1 c. heavy cream
1 egg
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
Directions
"Combine cream and egg in large bowl; beat with elec- tric mixer until blended well.
Add sugar gradually; beat mixture until stiff peaks form.
Beat in lemon juice, lemon peel and salt; stir in milk.
Pour into large refrigerator tray or 8-inch square pan.
Cover with foil.
Freeze for 5 hours."
