Lemon-Grilled Orange Roughy Recipe

| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Dried thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |

Directions
Rinse fillets thoroughly in cold water; pat dry.
Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well; baste fillets with lemon mixture.
Grill over hot coals 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
