 Fresh lemon juice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Egg yolks8 Large
 Lemon peel2 Tablespoon, grated

Directions

Mix all of the ingredients together in a sauce, except for the lemon peel
continuously stirring cook over a low low heat (Do Not Let The Mixture Boil)
(if the mixture boils the eggs will curdle and ruin the dish)
cook until you have reached a creamy consistancy
pour into a small desert bowl and garnish with the freshly grated lemon peel
allow to cool and serve
