Lemon Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients
4 eggyolks
1/2 cup sugar
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 cup cream
Meringue crust
Directions
In top of double boiler, beat egg yolks lightly. Add sugar, lemon juice, rind and pinch of salt. Stir over boiling water until mixture is thick and coats back of spoon — about 10 minutes. Cool. Whip cream and fold into custard. Slowly pour into meringue crust. Chill at least 12 hours. Top with spoonfuls of whipped ream and decorate with strawberries or other fruits
