5 pounds boned lamb shoulder, rolled and tied
 
Salt and pepper
 
1 lemon, sliced
 
Whole cloves
 
2 tablespoons honey

Directions

Place lamb on rack in shallow roasting pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake in moderate oven (325°F.) 2 hours.
