Melt butter; add sugar, flour, and cornmeal, and blend well. Beat eggs until well blended; add milk, lemon peel, and lemon juice. Pour into sugar mixture and mix well. Pour into pie shell, and bake at 400 degrees F. for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and bake at 325 degrees F. for 30 to 45 minutes, or until pie is set in center.
