Lemon Basil Halibut Recipe
Ingredients
4 6 oz. halibut steaks
1 T paprika
1/2 c lowfat margarine
1 T fresh basil, finely minced
1 T lemon juice
1 T green onion, finely minced nonfat cooking sipray
Directions
Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Place the steaks in the grill and sprinkle with the paprika.
Grill for 6-8 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.
In a small bowl blend the margarine, basil, lemon juice and green onion.
To serve, arrange each steak on a plate and top with a generous spoonful of the lemon-basil butter
