Lemon Zucchini Meatballs Recipe

| 1/2 cup grated young zucchini | ||
| 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh lemon peel | ||

| Lean ground beef | 1 pound | |

| Plenty of freshly ground black pepper | ||
Directions
Soak bread crumbs in milk then mix thoroughly with the rest of the ingredients.
Shape into 32 walnut-size balls.
Lay in shallow pan, cover with foil, and refrigerate until ready to make stew.
