2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup low-fat yogurt
Directions
Combine the lemon juice, vinegar, and mustard in a food processor or in a blender on low speed.
With the motor running, add the oil very slowly.
When the oil is incorporated, add the yogurt.
Process on low to medium speed until smooth, scraping down the sides of the container as necessary.
Will keep for about 1 week in the refrigerator.
