Lemon Whippersnappers Recipe
Ingredients
1 package lemon cake mix with pudding
2 cups Cool Whip, thawed
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 /2 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients.
Stir until mixture is uniformly moist.
Form into small balls.
Roll balls into confectioners' sugar and place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
