Ingredients

 Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup, or salad dressing
 Lemon2 Teaspoon, squeezed
 Lemon peel1 Teaspoon, freshly grated
 Dill pickle2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Green onion2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Pimiento1 Tablespoon, chopped

Directions

MAKING
1. In small non-metallic bowl, add mayonnaise.
2. Add lemon juice and peel to it and whisk with a fork until well blended.
3. Stir in the pickle, onion and pimiento.

SERVING
4. Serve the tarter sauce as a dipping sauce or use to coat cold foods. It goes especially well with fried sea food or pan fried fish
