Ingredients
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| White wine | 125 Milliliter | |
| Caster sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Double cream | 250 Milliliter | |
| Lemon slices | 2 , quartered |
Directions
Place lemon juice, white wine, caster sugar and cream in a bowl and beat until soft peaks form.
Spoon into four individual serving glasses and decorate with lemon slices.
