| 1 cinnamon stick, lightly bruised | ||
| Lemon slices and cinnamon stick to decorate | ||
Directions
Place the gin, honey, lemon crush and cinnamon stick in a large saucepan over a medium heat for 20 mins.
Strain mixture, discard the bruised cinnamon stick and serve hot, decorated with lemon slices and the cinnamon stick.
