 1/4 pint/150 ml gin
 Clear honey4 Tablespoon
 1 1/2 pint/900 ml lemon crush
 1 cinnamon stick, lightly bruised
 Lemon slices and cinnamon stick to decorate

Directions

Place the gin, honey, lemon crush and cinnamon stick in a large saucepan over a medium heat for 20 mins.
Strain mixture, discard the bruised cinnamon stick and serve hot, decorated with lemon slices and the cinnamon stick.
