Lemon Steak Cutlets Recipe
Lemon steak cutlets are savory and flavorful round steak cutlets. Coated with an egg coating with lemon juice and rind for flavor, the lemon steak cutlets are breaded and can be served as main course for meals.

| Breadcrumbs | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

Directions
Trim excess fat from steak; pound steak to 1/4 inch thickness using a meat mallet.
Cut the steak into serving size portions.
Combine eggs, lemon rind, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; beat well.
Dip steak into egg mixture; dredge in bread crumbs, coating evenly.
Cook steak portions in hot oil until done, turning once.
