Lemon Sponge Pie Recipe

Directions
Cream butter with sugar; add beaten egg yolks, dry ingredients, lemon juice, rind, and milk.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Pour into a buttered 9-inch pie plate and bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes.
