Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F or 180 degrees C.

MAKING
2.Sift salt and flour.
3. Add to sugar and lemon rind.
4.Add butter and makle smooth dough.
5.Let chill for 60 minutes.
6.Roll out to 1/2 inch thickness.
7.Cut shapes out with a floured cookie cutter.
8.Brush surface with egg white.
9. Top with glace cherries.
10. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
