 Juice of 3 lemons
 Sugar1 12/ Cup (16 tbs)
 Milk1 Quart

Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix lemon juice and sugar.
2)Add ice cold milk very slowly into it. Stir continually. If the milk is added too quickly, the mixture will curdle. But it does not affect the quality of the sherbet.
3) Freeze.

SERVING
4) Serve once frozen.
