8 individual Meringue Shells
 
Lemon Custard Filling
 
1 cup whipping cream

Directions

Bake 8 individual Meringue Shells.
Prepare Lemon Custard Filling and cool.
Whip 1 cup whipping cream until stiff.
Spread half the whipped cream over the cooled baked Meringue Shells.
Cover with Lemon Custard Filling.
Top with remaining cream.
Chill in refrigerator at least 12 hr.
