 Sugar1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Cornstarch1 Tablespoon
 Juice of 1/2 lemon
 Boiling water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Grated lemon rind

Directions

1. Mix the sugar and cornstarch thoroughly.
2. Add the water and lemon rind.
3. Boil 5 mins. stirring constantly.
4. Remove the lemon rind.
5. Add the butter and lemon juice.
