Lemon Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 lemons (juice and rind) | ||
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Yolks of 3 eggs | ||
| Cornstarch | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cold water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Add about 1/2 cup whipped cream when cool and pour over Angel Cake filled with vanilla ice cream.
