Thick Lemon Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Corn flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon rind grated : 1/2 tsp | ||
Directions
Combine sugar, cornflour and water and stir over a slow fire.
When the sauce thickens, remove from fire and stir in the butter, lemon juice, lemon rind and a pinch of salt.
