Lemon Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
1/3 cup fresh lemonjuice
6 pkgs. saccharin or acesulfame-K sugar substitute
1 large egg or equivalent egg substitute
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp water
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp aspartame sweetener
Directions
Combine the lemonjuice and saccharin or acesulfame-K in a saucepan over medium heat.
Bring to a simmer.
In a medium mixing bowl, beat the egg.
Using a fork, blend together the cornstarch and water in a cup.
Add this to the egg.
Add a small amount of the lemonjuice mixture to the egg mixture.
Now put this into the saucepan with the remaining lemon mixture.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
Remove from heat.
Cool.
Stir in the vanilla and aspartame.
