Savory Lemon Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and fresh pepper to taste
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley, chives, or dill, or 2-3 tablespoons capers, rinsed and drained
Directions
Put the eggs, egg yolks, lemon juice, salt and pepper, in a small heavy pan.
Whisk, off the heat, until well blended.
Add milk and place on low heat.
Whisk constantly until mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
When thick, remove from heat and add desired herb or capers.
Check seasoning.
