Ingredients
| Rice | 1/4 Kilogram, boiled | |
| Coconut | 1 , grated | |
| Turmeric | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Juice of 2 lemons | ||
| 100 gms. cashewnuts pieces | ||
| Curry leaves | 10 | |
| Green chillies | 6 , chopped | |
| 2 tbs. chopped coriander leaves | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| 1 tbs. channa dall | ||
Directions
Mix the rice in a thali with turmeric, lemon juice, salt and coconut.
Heat oil.
Fry baghar till pink.
Add in cashewnuts, curry leaves and green chillies.
When lightly browned, add rice and mix thoroughly.
Cover and simmer for 10 mins.
Remove from heat.
Stir in coriander leaves.
Serve with fried papads.
