Lemon Pudding Cake Recipe

Ingredients
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Egg yolk | 1 , Well beaten | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 egg white, stiffly beaten | ||
Directions
Heat oven to 350° (mod.).
Mix flour, sugar, and salt.
Stir in lemon rind, lemon juice, egg yolk, and milk.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg white.
Pour into two 3" custard cups.
Set in pan of hot water 1" deep.
Bake 50 min.
