| 3 medium baking potatoes, do not peel | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tablespoons fresh grated lemon peel | ||
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 3 Tablespoon, grated | |
Directions
Cut potatoes in wedges by cutting in quarters lengthwise.
Set aside.
In 1 cup measure, MICROWAVE butter 1 MINUTE on HIGH, or until melted.
Add lemon juice.
Place potatoes in shallow baking dish, brush cut edges with butter mixture.
Combine lemon peel, paprika, and cheese in small cup.
Sprinkle over potatoes.
MICROWAVE, uncovered, 10 to 12 MINUTES on HIGH, or until potatoes are tender.
Let stand, loosely covered with wax paper, for 4 minutes before serving.
