Baked Lemon Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 3/4-inch thick center cut pork chops | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Thyme | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 4 | |
| Lemon slices | 4 | |
| Chili Sauce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Preheat oven in Convection Bake to 375°F (*350°F).
Arrange chops in 3-quart casserole.
Combine salt, pepper and thyme and sprinkle over chops. Combine chili sauce and brown sugar; pour over chops. Place onion and lemon slice on each chop.
Convection Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
