Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to the desired temperature of 450°F.
2) Select large firm mushrooms,rinse them and wipe dry using a damp cloth.
3) Snap off the stems, remove the lower half and chop the upper half of the stems into very fine pieces.

MAKING
4) In a bowl,mix together these chopped mushrooms with the remaining ingredients.
5) Stuff the mushrooms heads with the prepared mixture.
6) Bake in a shallow pan for about 8-10 minutes.

SERVING
7) Serve immediately.
