|Parsley sprigs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped|

|Salmon steaks||32 Ounce (4 Steaks, 8-Ounce Each, About 1 Inch Thick)|

Cover; chill 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Remove steaks from marinade.
