Lemon Parsley Salmon Steaks Recipe
Ingredients
| Steak sauce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley sprigs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions | ||
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 4 (6- to 8-ounce) salmon steaks, about 1 inch thick | ||
Directions
In small bowl, combine steak sauce, parsley, lemon juice, onions, sugar, garlic and pepper.
Place salmon steaks in glass dish; coat with 1/2 cup parsley mixture.
Cover; chill 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Remove steaks from marinade.
Grill for 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork, brushing often with reserved parsley mixture.
