 Sugar1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cornstarch1 Tablespoon
 Cold water3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice3 Tablespoon
 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
 Orange rind1/2 Teaspoon, grated
 1 seedless orange, diced
 Salt1 Pinch

Directions

Combine sugar and cornstarch.
Add water and stir to form a smooth paste.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly, then reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes or until mixture is clear.
Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
Cool.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
