Lemon Or Lime Curd Recipe
Ingredients
| Castor sugar - 225 gms | ||
| Butter | 120 Gram | |
| Lemons or large limes - Grated rind and juice of 3 | ||
| Eggs | 4 | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
Directions
MAKING
1.Take a pan, put castor sugar, butter, lemon juice, eggs and salt it it and cook on medium flame.
2.Stir the ingredients using a wooden spoon until thick.
3.Avoid boiling.
4.Let the mixture cool.
SERVING
5.This filling can be used in a variety of ways including cakes, tarts and other assorted pastries
