 Cornstarch10 Milliliter
 Granulated Sugar180 Milliliter
 Boiling water430 Milliliter
 Lemon juice60 Milliliter
 15 ml grated lemon rind
 Butter30 Milliliter
 Toasted sliced almonds60 Milliliter

Directions

MAKING
1) To a serving dish, transfer broccoli after steaming them for 12-15 minutes.
2) Mix cornstarch with sugar.
3) Beat this mixture into the boiling water to allow thickening.
4) Beat in juice and rind and again thicken the sauce by simmering.
5) Take off the sauce from heat and beat in butter.
6) Spoon the sauce over broccoli and top with nuts.

SERVING
7) Serve hot.
