Lemon Mint Dressing Recipe Video

Fresh lemon juice and fresh mint go together wonderfully. Determine how sweet you’d like it by adjusting the amount of honey.

Ingredients

 
* 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
 
* freshly-squeezed juice of one lemon
 
* 1 tsp to 1 tbsp honey
 
* 1 tsp dijon mustard

Directions

Use a kitchen sears to chop the fresh mint leaves.

Squeeze the lemon and take out the juice.

Add some honey and some mustard.

Add salt and pepper.

Add this to mushroom. Dip one and taste. Add the rest of the mushrooms.

Toss them up together.

Refrigerate and serve.
