Lemon Lamb With Mint Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable oil spray | ||
| 2 teaspoons acceptable vegetable oil | ||
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves | ||
| 8 loin lamb chops | ||
Directions
Preheat broiler.
Lightly spray a broiler pan with vegetable oil.
Pour oil into a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and saute.
Stir in water, lemon juice and pepper.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer.
Sprinkle mint over mixture and simmer about 10 minutes.
Cover and set aside.
Place chops on broiler pan about 6 inches from heat source.
Broil 5 minutes on each side, or until done to taste.
Transfer chops to serving dish and pour hot lemon-mint mixture over meat.
