Directions
Dissolve potassium meta bisulphite in one tablespoon water and add to strained juice.
Mix well.
Fill the juice in small sterilized bottles (e.g. empty bottles of essences), leaving a gap of 3/4 inch on the top.
Cork and seal the bottles
