Lemon Herb Spread Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup low-calorie margarine
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp chive, chopped
1/2 tsp parsley, finely snipped
Directions
In a bowl, cream the margarine.
Very slowly beat in the lemon juice.
Stir in the lemon zest, chive, and parsley.
Refrigerate overnight.
