Lemon Green Beans Recipe
Ingredients
| Green beans - 1 1/2 pounds, cut in 1 1/2-inch lengths (or two 9 ounce packages frozen, cut green beans) | ||
| Boiling salted water | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Lemon juice | 1 | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a saucepan boil salted water and cook beans till tender.
2. Drain out beans and transfer into a serving dish.
3. In a bowl mix butter, salt, pepper, parsley, and lemon juice.
4. Pour the mixture over beans.
SERVING
5. Serve hot.
