Directions

GETTING READY
1. In microwave, steam kale for about 4 minutes. Keep it aside.

MAKING
2. Place a skillet on medium heat, and add half and half, garlic, peas, and kale in it.
3. Sprinkle salt, turn down heat to simmer, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Turn off heat, and stir in lemon juice and lemon zest.
5. In boiling water, add salt, and then insert gnocchi.
6. When gnocchi starts to float, ladle them out and throw them into the pasta sauce. Mix well.

FINALIZING
7. Sprinkle parmesan on top.

SERVING
8. Serve gnocchi hot with lemon wedge garnish.
