Lemon Ginger Fish Fillets Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 (800 g) white fish fillets | ||
| Butter | 80 Gram | |
| 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon rind | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Green onions | 3 , finely sliced | |
Directions
Cook fish in large heated oiled pan until browned lightly both sides and just cooked through.
Meanwhile, melt butter in small pan; add rind, juice and ginger, cook 1 minute.
Stir parsley and onion into butter sauce; serve sauce over fish.
