Directions
Finely shred 1 teaspoon zest from lemon. Cut and squeeze at least 1 tablespoon (or more!) juice from lemon.
Combine zest, juice, olive oil and garlic. Drizzle over chicken pieces.
Bake at 425 for 20 minutes. Turn pieces and drizzle pan juices over chicken. Bake another 15 to 20 minutes. (until chicken is no longer pink!)
