Lemon Garlic Kidneys Recipe
Ingredients
| 12 lambs' kidneys, skinned, cored and halved | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 | |
| Hot boiled rice | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Season the kidneys with salt and pepper.
2) Stir-fry them in the oil for 3 to 4 minutes with the garlic.
3) Take some lemon juice in the pan and stir kidneys well in it .
SERVING
4) Serve hot immediately with rice.
